We offer many different solutions which are tailored for different environments. Our sales team are fully trained so they can offer the solution that is the best fit for your needs. Simply call our team on 0113 274 9156 and tell them what your requirements are, and they will do the rest.
Can you make me a bespoke screen?
We hope that you will find a design on our website that meets your needs, but if you need screens of a specific size or specification, please contact us to discuss.
Can I see the product before I buy it?
Yes, we would love the opportunity to demonstrate our products to you. Come and visit our Leeds factory. You can see, touch and feel our samples and also watch the screens being made. (Please note, we will ask that you wear a mask and respect our social distancing procedures whilst you are with us.)
Section B: Pricing, payment and discounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and American Express. Alternatively, you can pay via BACS transfer or PayPal.
Can we be invoiced rather than pay by Credit Card or PayPal online?
If you wish to receive a proforma invoice, then please send your purchase order to email@example.com and we will create an invoice for you. You can then choose to pay via credit/debit card, BACS or PayPal.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. 0% interest over 4 months. Just choose PayPal at checkout, select their credit option and complete the short application form.
Do you offer a discount on bulk orders?
Yes, orders of more than 100 screens attract a discount; please get in touch for more details.
I’ve found the same product cheaper somewhere else, will you price match?
Yes! We are extremely competitive with our pricing and we manufacture our products in-house which enables us to pass savings on to our customers. Our price match promise covers our complete range of products. If you find a genuine like-for-like product from another supplier, please call us on 0113 274 9156 and we will match or beat the price.
Section C: Delivery
What are your delivery costs?
Delivery prices are calculated at checkout based on a specialist extra-large pallet delivery service. If you have any specific requests or questions, however, please do call us on 0113 274 9156
What is the lead time for my product?
Each product will have a varied lead time. There is currently a worldwide scarcity of acrylic panelling however we aim to have your order dispatched within 10-15 working days of payment. If you require an urgent delivery, please call us about our fast-track service on 0113 274 9156
Do you offer a fast track service for urgent orders?
Yes! Please just call us on 0113 274 9156 for details and prices
Will I receive notification that my order has been dispatched?
Yes, once your order has been booked by our production team, we will provide a confirmation email with your delivery date. We will then also send a “dispatched” email when we your screens leave our factory.
Where do you deliver to?
Delivery costs quoted on www.separationscreens.co.uk are for mainland UK only. This excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and other remote locations. For other locations and International deliveries, please call 0113 274 9156 for a special delivery quotation.
Can I have a Saturday delivery?
All standard orders are generally delivered Monday to Friday. We can offer a Saturday delivery if required, however this is not a standard delivery service and will incur an additional delivery charge. Please contact our sales team on 0113 274 9156 to see if a Saturday delivery is an option for your order
Will I need to sign for the delivery?
Yes, we use delivery couriers and they will require a signature at the point of delivery.
What happens if I am not at home on the day of delivery?
If you are not going to be in on the scheduled day of delivery, please contact us on 0113 274 9156 and we will endeavour to change this for you. It is vital that you are present on the scheduled day otherwise a re-arranged delivery will incur further fees.
What should I do when the driver arrives with my items?
When the driver arrives to deliver your order, please check the goods for any visual signs of damage. Should there be any damage to the external protection please take a photograph(s) and sign for the goods as damaged on the courier’s handheld system. We do ask that all orders are thoroughly checked within 24 hours of receiving them to ensure that they are as expected and are not damaged.
Will the driver offload the screens?
The drivers will help where they can but for insurance reasons, they will generally not leave the vehicle or enter your premises. We recommend that you have 2 people to receive and offload the screens. The screens are not overly heavy, but due to the size we recommend that each one is lifted by 2 people.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or seems incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us on 0113 274 9156 and we will be happy to assist you. We will ask you to email pictures of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can investigate it with our couriers.
How are products packaged?
Screen panels are completely built up in our factory and will arrive on a protected pallet. You simply attach the supplied feet with the screws provided and place the screen where you want it.
